By default, all players are given a Munition income rate of +4 per minute. Munitions is the primary resources for most weapon upgrade commander or unit abilities or some building upgrade. Currently in multiplayer, Manpower income rate cannot be increased by resource point, or any abilities. ![]() By default, all players are given a Manpower income rate of +300 per minute, which will decrease based on the player's army size (see Upkeep).
